How do I place an order?
You can place an
order online 24 hours/day at http://www.ecochicgiftbaskets.com or by calling
404-583-2979 to speak with a representative, Monday through Friday, 10AM – 6PM
EST.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa,
MasterCard and Discover. Your information is encrypted and
securely transmitted online, but if you feel more comfortable, you can call us
to submit your order and payment.
Do you collect sales tax?
We are obligated by
law to collect sales tax on orders delivered within the state of Georgia.
Can I add a gift message?
Well of course you
can! You will be asked to compose your message during the
ordering process. Please ensure that your grammar, punctuation and spelling are
to your liking before you submit. We will notify you if we catch a glaring
error, however we do not intentionally proofread.
Why do I have to give you my email address?
Your email address
is needed in order to communicate information about your order, notify you of
updates and keep you informed about seasonal offerings and specials.
Is the information I provide kept private?

Baskets recognizes that your privacy is important to you will never rent or
sell your information, at any time. Because we are committed to maintaining and
using your information responsibly, it will only be disclosed to a third party
to the degree that is necessary to fulfill your order.
What is your product substitution policy?
On occasion we may
need to substitute a temporarily out-of-stock item with one of comparable
value, to ensure timely delivery. During the summer months chocolate or candles in certain
gifts may be replaced by items less susceptible to heat.
Are customized gifts available?
Absolutely! We have
tons of creative green gift ideas that aren’t featured on our website, and with
a little lead-time, can tailor baskets to your specifications. Please drop us a
line or give us a call to discuss volume gifts for large events from weddings
to corporate events, including retreats, conventions, product launches, fundraisers,
etc.
Can I cancel/change an order?
If you need to
cancel or change an order, please call or email us immediately at 404-583-2979,
or [email protected]. We must be notified of any change or
cancellation within 24 hours from the time the order was placed, and can only
be completed if the order has not yet been processed.
Do you charge for shipping?
Yes. Shipping is in
addition to the cost of the gift(s) and will be displayed during checkout.
When will my order ship?
Gift baskets
typically ship within 1-5 business days. Additional production and travel time
may be required for custom gifts and during the holiday rush. Unless another
option is selected at checkout, gifts will be shipped via UPS ground. Please
keep in mind that UPS does not deliver ground packages on Saturdays, Sundays or
holidays.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship from the
Atlanta area throughout the contiguous United States. We cannot ship to PO
boxes or addresses outside of the country at this time.
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Yes! Our website is
enabled to allow you to ship gifts to multiple recipients and addresses within
one order. If you are having difficulty, please don’t hesitate to give us a
call for assistance.
Do you ship to hospitals?
It is possible, but
not recommended because we cannot control when your gift will actually get to
the patient. Packages shipped to hospitals are normally delivered to a general
receiving dock or specified delivery area. Patient mail and packages are
delivered once per day. If your gift arrives after patient mail has been
delivered, it won't reach the recipient until the following day. It is possible
that he/she will be discharged from the hospital within this time, resulting in
a pick-up charge, re-delivery charge, delay in getting your package to the
recipient and possible damage and/or spoilage, if it has not been lost
altogether. Eco Chic assumes no responsibility for orders that are shipped to
hospitals and arrive after the patient has been discharged. There are so many
unknown factors, we suggest sending the package to a husband, wife or other
family member who you know will visit the recipient in the hospital or directly
to the recipient when he/she returns home.
What is your refund/return policy?
If for any reason
you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please call us immediately at
404-583-2979. An unopened basket, in original condition may be returned for a
full refund, minus shipping or delivery charges, if we are notified within 5
business days of delivery and it is back in our possession, within 10 business
days of delivery. Otherwise, there is an additional restocking fee of 20%.
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Any products that
have been opened or tampered with cannot be returned. Custom or personalized
products are also NOT eligible for returns or refunds. When placing your order,
please make sure all information is correct. Gifts sent to the wrong address
due to incorrect customer information will not be refunded or exchanged, and
will incur additional charges for re-shipping.
What if my delivery was damaged?
Please report any
damaged deliveries to us immediately upon receipt so that we may file a claim
with the carrier. Be sure to keep all the packaging as well as the damaged
goods as the carrier may require them to ensure a replacement. We will make
every effort to replace damaged goods and ensure your satisfaction.
